Hello Folks! Empty Hello Folks!

Post by Elmisti Wed 26 Aug 2009, 06:14

Welcome to all you lost folk that have found your way through the cyber highways to the Travelling Abattoir Show site.

We are a small and intimate Hordeside guild on Saurfang (EU).

We are made up of generally older players who are after some rest and relaxation away from the woes of modern life. The main aim is to be a relaxed but organised mob of real life and in-game friends with an eye on providing raids for those who want to raid, chat for those who want to chat, and advice for those new (and not so new) to the game.

We are not, and never will be, a hardcore raiding guild. We will not dictate talent spec's on our members nor force members to raid if they do not wish to. However, we do aim to bring out the best in peoples gameplay, which does mean an occasional shove into the deep end.

We have several lvl 80’s currently working on Ulduar 10, with the hope to have enough to provide 25 man content at some point in the future. We raid on various nights of the week in order to allow for our members real life commitments, therefore over a two-week period most members should be able to attend at least one raid if they so wish. Our raid times are always from 20:45 server time, again to suit our members lifestyles.

We recruit strictly on a lvl 20+ basis with a minimum of two weeks on trial. No alt's are allowed to be brought into the guild while going through the trial process.

What rules we do have we are strict on so our members can continue to play in a laid back environment. These basically consist of common sense, forethought and consideration for others that are clearly defined for minimum confusion. You can find these in the “Rules” tab on this site.

Our members expect loyalty, friendship, respect and have a desire to be the best they can be without having to put WoW before real life commitments. If you wish to be a valued member of this growing team, please contact any guild member in-game for additional information. Alternatively, you can apply in this forum by giving us what information you feel relevant.
